| Hey!!
This past weekend was great!!!
The fall retreat was simply amazing and I had so much fun. It is
sad to think that I won't be going to anymore as a student but
hopefully someday I could join youth staff. Maybe.... Well,
anyways we have a match against Jackson today and it should be
fun. Hopefully we can all get it together. Also my dad is
home from the hospital as of saturday and is resting but doing
well. Thank you everyone for your help and prayers.
Prayer Request: We need to be
praying that we would not forget why we went to the retreat and that we
will not be afraid to stand up for Christ and share his word. We
are not guaranteed another breath so make every last one count.
Revelation 1:1-3
(1)The
Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His
bond-servants, the things which must soon take place; and He sent and
communicated it by His angel to His bond-servant John, (2)who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he saw. (3)Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near.

| Hola Once Again, I know it has been awhile but I have been really busy. Especially this last week. Golf is going allright for me but not as a team. We are 1-8. At least we have a win!!! I enjoy playing a lot and being on varsity makes it more fun. I am still working at Hufstetler Auto but only Tuesdays and Thursdays. School is back in session and its allright too. McKinley is not that fun but I only have 3 classes. AP Calculus, Spanish 5 and Anatomy / Physiology. I do have English and an Arts study at Malone. College is so much better than High School (except the whole money part). I have really had a blast hanging out with everyone lately. However the here is the biggest issue in my life right now. My Dad is in the hospital and is scheduled fo a 3-4 hour surgery. The recovery time in the hospital is 1-2 weeks and 3-4 after that before he can work again. The upside is after the recovery he won't have any forseen physical restrictions. You might be wondering what is going on. Well here is what he has. In the lower part of his esophagus (who know how to spell that), the part of the throat that is near the stomach, has a build up of tissue that is bleeding. We don't know why it is bleeding but it forms when something like a bone chip or toothpick splinter get stuck and then tissue builds up over it. If he does not have the surgery he will eventually pass out and bleed to death. So in that sense it is kind of serious. Prayer Request: Pray for the surgeon's to have wisdom, pray tfor my mom and for us to have strength in the Lord and pray that we put all our Trust in God's Divine will for our lives. Philippians 3:20-21 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. | | |
| Prayer Request: This week we should pray that we all would be preparing ourselves for school. Yeah it sttinks that summer is almost over but we need to prepare to spread the word to all those we will be surrounded by.
Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men that the may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
| Hello Everyone!
It's been a while! However, I'm glad to be back. Vacation was fun and I enjoyed spending time with my friends and family. I'm glad to be back with all of you though. It's hard to believe that summer is almost over! Monday I went to Geauga Lake and had a blast hanging out with everyone. I hung out with Arch, Vantwisk and Danny all day long. It was great. It is sad to think that that was Danny and Ashley's final activity and that they have two more wednesdays and their gone for good. We do have to move on though. Many of you might be wondering what I am doing up so early. The answer is golf. Practices are 6:45 in the morning. It's great being up and playing as the sun is just up. Well I gotta go but I'll add a little more and a verse and prayer request later.
| Howdy Y'all,
The weather here is about the same as when I left home. I miss you guys a lot but I am enjoying my time down here. We have been riding bikes and tractors through the wooods, have gone swimming and have been adding on to a tree house. Its a lot of fun. I'll tell you all more later. Hope you all are having fun too.
